Cell Therapy
What is Ossron?
Ossron™ is an autologous biological therapy containing patient's own cultured osteoblasts for Autologous Bone Implantation.

Bone cell therapy is implanted after the culturing for four weeks of autologous osteoblasts harvested from a patient's own bone marrow. Cultured osteoblasts are implanted easily by injection of cell-gel mixture with biodegradable material.

Biopsies from bone marrow are the source of osteoblasts which are isolated, expanded through cell cultivation process, and ultimately transplanted into the patient who needs bone formation such as fracture, non-union, AVN, and so on.

Once the bone marrow is harvested, it is transported through logistics to RMS Regrow® Lab (near Pune) where a specialized facility for culture process is developed. The culture period takes about four weeks and it is sent back to local surgeon for Ossron™ implantation.
About the Procedure
Each single use container of autologous cultured osteoblasts has approximately 12 million cells aseptically processed and suspended in 0.4ml of sterile, buffered Dulbecco's Modified Eagles Medium (DMEM). Cell viability is assessed to be at least 80% prior to final packaging.

The cultured autologous osteoblasts are implanted easily by injection of cell-gel mixture with biodegradable material. The damaged bone is regenerated by Bone RMP with cultured autologous osteoblasts which are prominent for effective new bone formation.
